Apollo Sunshine

Apollo Sunshine was a musical collective from Topanga Canyon, California that formed in the early 2000s. Their sound pulled from folk and psychedelic influences, with songs like 'We Are Born When We Die' and '666: The Coming of the New World Government' showing their experimental range. The core members included Ashlin Parker on vocals and guitar, Matthew McQueen on vocals and guitar, Benjamin Cardew on bass, and Jesse Gallagher on drums.

They released several albums including 'Apollo Sunshine' in 2006, 'Land Mass' in 2007, and 'Shall Noise Upon' in 2011. Their third album featured the track 'We Are Born When We Die,' which became one of their better-known songs.
