Apolo Zero

Apolo Zero formed in Buenos Aires in the early 2000s, with Zero on guitar and vocals, Elio on bass, and Dante on drums. They started playing in the city's underground scene, where their sound didn't fit neatly into existing categories. Their first album, 'Infinite Noir,' came out in 2004.

Their music often had a dark, atmospheric quality, mixing rock with electronic textures. Songs like 'Script' and 'Antes Dos 18' showed their preference for mood over straightforward hooks. They released several more albums over the next decade, including 'The Black Script' in 2007 and 'Ashes to Beauty' in 2010.

While they never became mainstream stars, they developed a dedicated following who appreciated their particular approach. Their live shows were known for being intense and theatrical, which sometimes drew attention beyond just the music itself. They kept working at their own pace, putting out 'The Dark Descent' in 2014.
