Aracely Arambula

Aracely Arámbula was born in Chihuahua, Mexico in 1975. She moved to Los Angeles in her twenties to pursue music, and her debut album 'Sólo Tuya' came out in 2003. That album included 'La Patrona Soy Yo,' a song that became her most recognizable track.

Her music sits in pop territory with some Mexican regional and ranchera touches. After 'Sólo Tuya,' she released albums like 'Sexy' in 2005, 'Divina' in 2006, and 'Linea de Vida' in 2010. Other songs in her catalog include 'Juntos Tu y Yo,' 'Los Miserables,' and 'Bailo Sola.'

Her personal life drew attention, particularly her relationship with singer Luis Miguel and raising their two children as a single mother. She kept recording through that period, putting out 'Obsesión' in 2013.
