Arn formed in Stockholm in the early 2000s as a quartet with Andreas Mattsson on vocals, Jonas Isacsson on guitar, Kristofer Johnsson on bass, and Jakob Herrmann on drums. Their debut album 'For Tomorrow' came out in 2005, and its single 'Forever' did well on European charts.
They released several more albums over the next decade, including 'The Seventh Heaven' in 2007 and 'In Reverie' in 2016. The band faced a legal dispute with their former manager around 2007, but kept working together with the same lineup.
Arn's songs like 'Forever' and 'Love' have a melodic, atmospheric quality that found an audience. They haven't put out new music in a few years, but those early 2000s recordings still get played.
