Arsenio González

Arsenio González came from Huejotzingo, Puebla, and grew up with Mexican folk ballads like boleros. He started performing in local bars and festivals in the early 1960s. His debut album 'Arsenio González: El Cantor del Dolor' came out in 1972 and included the song 'Perdida,' which became his most well-known track.

González's music often dealt with themes of heartbreak and longing, and his voice had a raw quality that connected with listeners.
