As I Fall formed in Sacramento in 2000 with Phil Labonte on vocals, Chris Rhoades and D.J. Beavers on guitars, Tim Sneed on bass, and Matt Greiner on drums. Their debut album 'This is a War' came out in 2002. Beavers left in 2006 and was replaced by Tom MacDonough, who later departed in 2011.
They released 'The Art of Breaking' in 2005 and 'Shadows Are Security' in 2006, which included the song 'More Than Just a Man.' Sneed left in 2014, with Ryan Stasik taking over on bass. The current lineup includes Labonte, Rhoades, Greiner, Jason Richardson on guitar, and Stasik.
