Atomic Skull formed in São Paulo in the late 1990s with vocalist Marcos Farias and guitarist Diego Oliveira, plus bassist Adriano Silveira and drummer Alex Coelho. They put out their first album, 'Reincarnation,' in 2003, which got them opening slots for bigger Brazilian metal acts like Sepultura and Angra.
Their song 'Não Mais' became a notable track for them, one of those anthems that stuck around. The band went through some lineup changes around 2007, with Silveira and Coelho leaving and being replaced by bassist Eduardo Parras and drummer Ricardo Confessori.
In 2009, they released another album called 'Rising from the Ashes.' That's about as much as the record shows, a São Paulo metal band that put out a few records, had a couple different lineups, and kept playing.
