Augusto E Gustavo

Augusto e Gustavo started playing together in São Paulo in the early 2000s. Their song 'Se Fecho Os Olhos Te Lembro' came out in 2009 and got them noticed, though it also brought some accusations of plagiarism that they denied. That track and others like 'A Partida' and 'Brasil Paixão' helped them build an audience.

They put out a live album called 'Ao Vivo em São Paulo' and later records like 'Em Todo Lugar' and 'O Tempo Não Para'. Their sound mixes pop and rock with Brazilian rhythms, and they've worked with artists such as Ivete Sangalo and Jorge Vercillo. Augusto César sings lead, and Gustavo Vianna plays guitar.

Their music has stayed popular in Brazil, with songs like 'Sem Destino' and 'Tolice' keeping them on the radio. They haven't had a major hit outside the country, but they've kept recording and playing shows for their fans.
