He followed with albums like 'Segredo' in 1990 and 'Só Pra Você' in 1992. Other songs that stuck around include 'Moça Bonita' and 'Perto de Você,' the latter featuring DJ Bulldog and Drik Barbosa. His voice had a direct, plainspoken quality that worked in both studio recordings and live settings.
