Azulatômico

Azulatômico formed in the early 2010s as a collective of musicians drawn to psychedelic rock, experimental electronica, and Brazilian rhythms. They started playing underground venues where their sound sometimes confused audiences, but they kept working at it. The lineup included vocalist and guitarist Gabriel Thomaz, keyboardist and vocalist Bruna Caram, bassist and vocalist Pedro Arantes, and drummer and vocalist André Becker.

Their 2015 single "Volta" became a breakthrough track, a hypnotic piece that brought them wider attention. The song's ethereal quality and introspective lyrics gave listeners a clearer entry point into their sound. After that, they released their debut album "Astronauta Perdido" in 2016.

Their name suggests something bluish or azure, which fits with the spacey, atmospheric quality in their music. They've continued putting out albums that critics have noted for their experimental approach, though some listeners still find their work challenging.
