Azulek formed in 2006 when Nicolas Jarry, Alexandre De La Cruz, and Lionel Lapierre started making electronic music together. Their track "Turbo" came out the following year and became their most recognizable song.
After "Turbo" gained attention, the group faced a plagiarism lawsuit from another artist. They eventually won the case, but it was a difficult period that tested them.
They kept recording after that, putting out albums like "Dual" in 2010, "Dimension" in 2013, and "Eternity" in 2017. Nicolas Jarry handled most of the vocals and songwriting.
