Just like a mourning dove

She couldn't cope and got a rope and she had lost all hope

And didn't know what else to do

She wrote a note, an anecdote of her troubles and woes

And left it in plain view

When her father arrived letter in hand he cried

Ran out the house to find

His little girl took her life

Feeling discarded and ignored

She made a plan and diagram, that's how she would be damned

If she had taken any more

She cannot condone living a life disowned and constantly alone

Leaving pain and strife's retribution like she did it out of spite

The little girl took her life
