Bajaga

Bajaga i Instruktori formed in 1984 when guitarist and vocalist Momčilo 'Bajaga' Bajagić left Riblja Čorba and started a new band with drummer Žika Milenković, bassist Vladimir 'Vlada' Dejanović, and keyboardist Dejan Cukić. Their first album came out that same year, followed by 'Sa druge strane jastuka' in 1985 and 'Pozitivna geografija' in 1986.

Their song '442 do Beograda' became an anthem in Belgrade, capturing something restless about the city. Other tracks like 'Dobro jutro' and 'Berlin' from their catalog show the band working through straightforward rock arrangements with lyrics that lean into everyday scenes and relationships.

They kept recording through the 1990s with albums like 'Prodavnica tajni' in 1988 and 'Neke nove stvari' in 1993. The lineup stayed mostly consistent with Bajagić, Milenković, Dejanović, and Cukić at the core.
