Their music drew from traditional Sardinian folk but didn't stick strictly to those forms, which led to some early criticism about authenticity. They kept working anyway, playing at festivals and smaller venues until people started paying attention.
Their first album came out in 1996, called "Kilometro Zero." They followed it with records like "Abacada" in 1999 and "Domo Mea" in 2002. The song "No Potho Reposare" appeared in 2004 and became their most recognized piece. Other tracks like "Aiò A Pappai" and "Arreppiu" show the range of their catalog.
They put out another album called "Sessione" in 2012. The group's sound stayed rooted in Sardinian tradition but never felt like a museum piece. They just made the music they wanted to make, without worrying too much about fitting into categories.
