Things changed in 2004 when they released 'Faço o que eu quero.' The song's melody caught on, though some critics took issue with the lyrics. It became their breakthrough track. They followed with albums like 'Alma de Sol' in 2007 and 'Nação Alternativa' in 2010, mixing samba, funk, and rock.
Other songs like 'Dualidade' and 'Só Você' kept their sound going. The band has kept playing live shows in Brazil and elsewhere, with Ribeiro's vocals and Mendes's saxophone solos being part of their setup.
