Banda Aron formed in 2003 in Goiânia, Brazil, around vocalist Aron Marques. They started playing at local churches and Christian festivals. In 2005, they released their debut album 'Meu Amigo Jesus,' which included the title track that became widely known.
The group's lineup has included members like Flávio Henrique on bass, Léo Gomes on drums, Eliana Ribeiro on vocals, and Luizinho on guitar. They've worked with other Brazilian Christian artists such as Bruna Karla and Gabriela Rocha.
In 2010, there was a legal dispute with a former member over the band name, which was eventually resolved. They've continued performing and releasing music in Brazil.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
