Altemar Dutra was the band's vocalist, with Flavio Nascimento on guitar, Valteir Costa on drums, and Nilton Caldas on bass. Their music drew from forró, samba, and reggae styles.
In 2005, Altemar Dutra faced domestic violence allegations. The band continued performing and released "Um Novo Tempo" in 2008.
