Banda Devaneio formed in São Paulo in the late 1990s. Their debut album 'Devaneio' came out in 2002, followed two years later by 'Eu Amo Você,' which gave them their signature song.
That title track 'Eu Amo Você' became a staple of Brazilian love songs. Other songs like 'Lembranças' and 'Sempre Junto de Você' followed a similar romantic vein.
In 2010, vocalist Léo Maia left to pursue solo work. The band continued with a new singer, Daniel Boaventura.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
