Banda DL-1 formed in Rio de Janeiro in 2006 with vocalist Solange Almeida, guitarist Bruno Melo, bassist Felipe Valença, and drummer Bruno Cardoso. Their debut album 'Minha Voz, Minha Vida' came out in 2011, and its lead single 'Até o Amanhecer' became a national hit.
Almeida left the band in 2017 and was replaced by Simone Mendes. The group faced a legal dispute with their former label in 2019 that was eventually resolved. They've released several albums including 'Nosso Sentimento' in 2012 and 'Só Vaidade' in 2018.
Their songs like 'Minhas Lembranças' and 'Nada Mudou' continue to be part of their setlists. The current lineup still features Melo, Valença, and Cardoso alongside Mendes.
