The group included Francisco Javier González (El Pollo) on lead vocals, along with José Luis García, Juan Carlos González, Eduardo Villaseñor, and Carlos Alberto González handling vocals and various instruments. They played banda music with some pop touches.
In 2003, the band's lead singer El Pollo died in a car accident. The remaining members continued with new vocalists, though some listeners were skeptical about whether they could go on without him. They kept recording, putting out albums like Con Todo el Corazon in 2001 and Corazones Solitarios in 2003.
Their song "Ela" became their most recognizable track. Other songs like "Nossa História" and "Sem Você" also show their mix of romantic ballads and danceable banda rhythms.
