Banda Walkyria formed in Porto Alegre, Brazil, with five members: Elidio Sanches on vocals, Bruno Bonilla on guitar and vocals, Rafael Ortiz on bass, Junior Bassotto on drums, and Lucas Maciel on keyboards and synthesizers. Their debut album 'Dias de Chuva' came out in 2004, featuring the title track that became one of their best-known songs.
They followed with 'Dentro da Febre' in 2006, then 'Sem Norte' in 2010, which took a more experimental turn. Another track people remember is 'Things we've done'. Their 2015 album 'Vênus em Fúria' brought them back toward their earlier sound.
