Barlat Robert Gil was a French trio formed by Robert Barlat, Jean-Marc Gil, and Yves Barlat. They released their debut album in 1968, which included the title track "J'ai Ma Guitare Qui Pleure." The song became well-known for its straightforward metaphor about heartbreak.

Their music drew from folk and French chanson traditions. They put out several albums in the early 1970s, including "Un Enfant Est Né" in 1971 and "L'École Est Fini" the following year. Other songs like "Mon HéRo" and "Sans Vous" appeared in their catalog.

The group stopped working together around 1975.
