Bed Legs

Bed Legs formed in London in the late 2000s as a four-piece indie-rock band. The group included Jake Devon on vocals and guitar, Amy Croft on bass, Ollie Jones on drums, and Sam Williams on rhythm guitar and keyboards. They started playing together in a basement studio, working out their material before releasing their first EP, "Sleepless Nights," in 2010.

Their 2012 album "Back On Track" gave the band its first real attention, with the title track getting radio play. That record established their sound, guitar-driven rock with lyrics that leaned toward the personal and sometimes confrontational. Other songs from that period like "Black Bottle" and "Road Again" showed the same mix of energy and reflection.

Bed Legs kept recording through the 2010s, putting out albums like "Lost in Translation" in 2018 and "Chasing Shadows" in 2021. Their live shows developed a reputation for being intense and direct, which helped them build an audience on tour. The band's later material, including tracks like "Dreams On Fire" and "Fight," continued in a similar vein, guitar rock with lyrics that didn't shy away from darker or more complicated feelings.
