Beneath The Sky formed in Chicago's North Side in the late 2000s with Landon Tewers on vocals, Chris Poland on guitar, Jarrod Alexander on bass, and Erik Bickerstaff on drums. They released their debut EP 'Whispers From Winter' in 2010, followed by the full-length album 'Sleepwalking' in 2012.
Their 2015 album 'A Tale From The Northside' included the title track that became one of their most recognizable songs. The band's later work includes 'The Blackening' from 2019 and 'Elitism' from 2021. Alexander left the group in 2016.
Their catalog includes songs like '7861' and 'A Grave Mistake' alongside 'A Tale From The Northside' and 'Being In A Coma.' The music tends toward introspective themes with Tewers' vocals at the center.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
