Als kind droomde zij altijd al van treinen.
Zij wilde nooit een pop,
Of ander meisjes gedoe.
Ze telde de wagons in plaats van schaapjes.
In haar dromen reisde zij dan overal naar toe.
Zo zat zij samen met haar rode fietsje,
Dagenlang alleen bij het verlaten spoor.
Vaak kon je haar daar zachtjes horen zingen.
Zacht zingend reisde zij de hele wereld door.
In het mandje achterop de fiets
had zij wat schone kleren meegenomen
Ze tuurde in de verte
wachtte rustig op die allerlaatste trein

Terug gevonden
