Bernie Paul had a moment in the late 1970s with 'Caroline,' a ballad that found some chart success in a few countries. He'd started out earlier in the decade as part of the folk duo The New Seekers before going solo.
His debut album was self-titled, and he followed it with records like 'Love or Money' and 'There Is a Way.' Other songs from that period include 'In Dreams,' 'Lucky,' and 'Night After Night.'
He came back in the early 1980s with albums called 'Reborn' and 'Coming Back.'
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
