Big Foot Mama formed in Zagreb in 1991, a Croatian rock band that started playing shows with the kind of raw energy you'd expect from friends just getting together to make music. They put out their debut album 'Groove Armada' in 1996, which included the song 'Črn Tulipan' that became a hit in Croatia.
Over the next decade they released several more albums like 'Imam Nešto za Tebe' in 1998 and '24/7' in 2002. Their guitarist Siniša Rumi Galić left the band in 2006 after some public trouble, but the group kept going with other songs like 'Amazonija' and 'Buldožer' in their catalog.
