Blanco Palamera

Blanco Palamera formed in Madrid when guitarist Daniel Spalla met singer-songwriter Irene Tremblay at a local bar. They later added Guille Mostaza on bass, Andrés Litwin on drums, and Nico Cotton on keyboards. Their self-titled debut album came out in 2016, followed by 'La Reconstrucción' in 2018 and 'Flores y Sepulcros' in 2021.

In 2018, they released 'Sola con Mi Voz,' which became their breakout single. The song features Tremblay's vocals over a sparse arrangement that builds gradually. Some critics found their early work too experimental, but they kept making music on their own terms.

They're still based in Madrid, where they started playing small venues before gaining more attention. Their recordings have a raw, intimate quality that comes through even on studio albums.
