A Phoenix band that found its voice between breakdowns and clean choruses.
If you want to hear their range, put on '40 Days' and 'Open Water'. That's the band in two different gears.
They've been a steady presence in that 2000s metalcore scene that never really went away. Songs like '40 Days' show how they could balance heavy sections with more melodic territory. The 2013 track 'Open Water' with Lights gave them one of their more recognizable moments.
They formed in Phoenix in the early 2000s. Vocalist Craig Mabbitt left in 2013, and Beau Bokan took over that same year, which is when they released 'Open Water'. Their albums run from 'Witness' in 2011 through 'Dead Silence' in 2021.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
