Blind Fury formed in Los Angeles in the late 1990s, led by vocalist and guitarist Jericho Cross. Their debut album 'Unleashed' came out in 1999, followed by 'Ashes to Fire' in 2003. The band's sound was aggressive and raw, with Cross's vocals and guitar work at the center.
One of their best-known songs is 'Back Inside,' which appeared on 'Ashes to Fire.' Other tracks like 'Contact Rock And Roll' and 'Do It Loud' show their straightforward rock approach. They released several more albums including 'The Reckoning' in 2007, 'Phoenix' in 2010, and 'Unbreakable' in 2015.
Blind Fury developed a reputation for intense live shows and faced some legal issues around 2005 regarding their music rights. They continued recording and performing through the 2000s and into the 2010s with their lineup centered around Cross.
