Blue Idaho was a four-piece band from Boise, Idaho, with Eric Smith on vocals and guitar, Matt Hyde on lead guitar, Ryan Gano on bass, and Jeremy Hyde on drums. They put out their first album, "Indigo," in 1994. The single "Someone Like You" from that record got some attention.
Matt Hyde left the band in 1997. They kept making albums through the early 2000s, including "Azure," "Cobalt," and "Obsidian."
