They released three albums over the next few years, starting with 2000's '100 Acres' and following with 'The Truth and Nothing But...' in 2002 and 'Damage Days' in 2005.
Their sound mixed alternative rock with folk and blues elements, with Mahan's vocals and lyrics often described as haunting. The song 'Elevator To The Gallows' appeared on their 2002 album.
Bazan left the band in 2003, and Mahan dealt with mental health issues that affected the group's work. They stopped releasing music after 2005.
