My ways they've come undone

The strings came apart

And I fell out of the knot

What tied me down escaped this ground

The laces holding me together came undone

A specter has been circling in my dreams

It settled like a statue, an iconic flame

A spark to keep the peer tamed

Now I kneel in mud and water, and skin I peeled

You brought the fuel, held the chains, gave me faith

I always strive to know what might come up ahead

Then you locked yourself right into my head
