Their early years involved performing at small-town festivals and rural shows, where they faced some skepticism for mixing those roots with rock and pop touches.
In 1995, they released their debut album, 'Caipira Milionário.' The title track became a hit across Brazil, and the record included other songs like 'Pode Chorar,' 'Vestido de Gala,' and 'Coração de Papel.' It was a polished take on Caipira music that reached a wide audience.
They followed it with live and compilation albums, such as 'Ao Vivo em Barretos' in 1997 and '10 Anos de Sucessos' in 1999.
