Britta Persson

Britta Persson is a Swedish singer-songwriter from Stockholm who started writing songs and performing at local open mics. Her debut album 'Fragile Hope' came out in 2006, with 'Meet A Bear' as the lead single. That song became her most recognizable track, though she's also known for 'Annoyed To Death' and 'Baby No Name'.

She's released several albums since then, including 'The Dream That Never Was' in 2009 and 'Faces' in 2016. Her music has been described as folk and indie pop, and she's worked with other Swedish artists like First Aid Kit and Peter Bjorn and John.

In 2012, Persson was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that interrupted her touring schedule. She continued writing and recording through that period, with songs like 'Cliffhanger' and 'Big Fuss' appearing in her later work.
