Long Way Home from Anywhere

I love crossin' the Mississippi River she runs so wide and deep

The sun winks down between the spans at me

The tugboats sing down low beneath the pop of the pavement breaks

I enter an old West Memphis reverie

I can see me flying down I-40 as the camera pulls away

And the music swells with possibilities

Maybe I'm just hopin' as I wake up from my dreams

Or maybe I've just watched too much T.V.
