Burst formed around vocalist and guitarist Oren Amram, bassist and keyboardist Omri Amit, and drummer Roy Avni. They worked with producer Adam Lasus on their debut album, 'Modern Rituals,' which came out in 2005. Their second album, 'Control,' followed in 2007 and included the song '(We Watched) The Silver Rain.'
That track, along with others like 'A New Beginning' and 'Crystal Asunder,' helped define their sound. They put out three more albums after that: 'The World Is Ours' in 2012, 'Atmospheres' in 2015, and 'The Great Maybe' in 2019.
