In 1995, the song '7 Rooms of Gloom' became a turning point. Its haunting melody and Cadogan's lyrics captured what the band had been working toward, and it gained them wider recognition. Other songs like 'At This Time' and 'Don't Let It Show' followed a similar atmospheric path.

The band's lineup included Selwyn on bass, Gareth on drums, and Isolde on keyboards from 1995 to 2006. Their albums, from 1990's 'Under a Darkened Moon' to 2021's 'The Abyss Within,' maintained a consistent mood across decades. Some listeners found their sound too bleak, but the band saw it as reflecting life's complexities rather than promoting despair.
