Calvin Harris

Calvin Harris is the stage name of Adam Richard Wiles, who started making electronic dance music in his bedroom in Dumfries, Scotland. His first album, 'I Created Disco,' came out in 2007 with tracks like 'Acceptable in the 80s' that got attention. He works alone, producing his own music, though he often brings in other vocalists for songs.

He's put out several albums since then, including '18 Months' in 2012, 'Motion' in 2014, and 'Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1' in 2017. Some of his songs feature artists like Tinie Tempah or John Newman, as on 'Drinking From The Bottle' and 'Olé.' Other tracks in his catalog include 'We're All The Same' and 'Flashback.'

In 2011, 'Feel So Close' from his album 'Ready for the Weekend' became a hit in multiple countries. He's also worked with Rihanna on 'We Found Love' and with Dua Lipa on 'One Kiss,' which both did well on charts.
