Campfire girls

Campfire Girls are a New Zealand electro-pop duo that started in 2012. Their first notable track was 'Ballad of a Boy Who Woke Up to a Nightmare,' which established their sound as something more atmospheric and mood-driven than typical pop. The group consists of Chelsea Jade on vocals and Ethan Roberts handling the instrumental arrangements.

They released their self-titled EP in 2013, followed by full-length albums like 'Hang the Moon' in 2015 and 'Sing the Body Electric' in 2017. Songs such as 'Broken Tooth' and 'Buttercup' from their catalog show their preference for layered, dreamlike production and lyrics that lean toward introspection rather than straightforward storytelling.
