Camy Vox

Camy Vox is an electro-pop trio from Los Angeles formed by vocalist Camille Rathier and multi-instrumentalist Alex Fort, with drummer Martin Fossum joining later. Their 2017 single 'Breathing (acoustic)' got attention for its atmospheric sound and introspective feel, which became something of a calling card for them.

Their debut EP was called 'Æthereal,' and they followed it with an album titled 'Echoes of Yesterday.' The songs 'I Know You Try' and 'Inestrelado' are among their other tracks that work in similar territory, airy production, Rathier's vocals floating over electronic textures, and lyrics that lean toward personal reflection.

They've described facing some pressure after 'Breathing (acoustic)' took off, balancing their own approach with what listeners might expect. A later single, 'Daylight,' suggested a shift toward somewhat brighter material, though they haven't abandoned the moodier electro-pop that defined their earlier work.
