CAP formed in Fiji with Romeo Cove on vocals, Mesake Nakalevu on rhythm guitar, Josefa Ratu on lead guitar, Sakiusa Taciverata on bass, and Timoci Vuinakelo on drums. They released their first album in 2006, which included the song 'Bula' that became widely known in the Pacific Islands.

Their music includes tracks like 'Flaked Days' and 'Labareda' that blend pop with local influences. They put out several albums over the following decade, including 'Fiji' in 2008 and 'Cocoa Paradise' in 2011.

While their early work faced some skepticism about Polynesian music reaching broader audiences, songs like 'Morning Rabbits' and 'oquedeu' found listeners beyond Fiji. They performed at various festivals in the region.
