Casa de Formação A.M formed in the mid-1990s as a Brazilian collective focused on gospel music. Their debut album from 1996 shared its name with the song "Celebrai," which became one of their most recognized tracks. Another early song, "Eu Encontrei o Meu Lugar," also appears among their most popular work.
Max Pregador handled vocals and lyrics for the group, with Márcio Monteiro on guitars, André Rodrigues on bass, and André Felipe on drums. They released several albums, including 2008's "Memórias do Deserto." Their live shows were known for their energy.
Some religious groups questioned their approach to worship music at times. The band kept performing and recording despite that criticism. Their music often dealt with faith themes, as heard in songs like "Seduziste-me."
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
