Arboretum

Outlined, severed, disconnected and detached

By a gap in the fabric of reality

Accessed by going sideways and through

An exile of "nothing" reaching beyond its walls

A paradise of venom divine

Feed the hunger of the bloodshed

And watch the walls around me begin to fall

Desperate times for desperate measures

Unable to stop the transformation begun

The evolution has taken its toll

The cloud devours it all

Fear floats free in the air

This pain and suffering...

My end is drawing near

Now I'm blind, I cannot see what I once perceived

I'm deaf to whispers of the spirits that once lived here

"This vision hunts my dreams; it severs them from me... One by one!"

My world is torn, I feel my minds transform

Distant echoes emerging from within

I'm blinded, mind faded, tormented, indefinite

Painstaking, deranging, human mind

Left behind a traumatic nest of a thought

Pure evil, irrational den holding a sinister mind

I cannot gain my senses anymore

This garden of madness stole it as it took my dreams away
