Cernunnos

Cernunnos formed in Prague, Czech Republic, with members who wanted to bring traditional folk melodies into something more contemporary. They've released albums like "Folk and Roll Renaissance" in 2010 and "Tales of Old and New" in 2018.

Their song "Let's Folk and Roll" became something of an anthem for them, mixing folk with rock elements. Another track, "Mabon," shows their interest in seasonal and mythological themes that run through their work.

Some critics have questioned whether their approach dilutes folk traditions, but they've kept at it with a relatively stable lineup. The vocalist goes by "The Raven," and other members include Morrigan on violin and vocals, Dagda on guitar and vocals, Angus on bass, and Lugh on drums.
