Cherry Pie formed in Porto Alegre, Brazil in 2002 with vocalist and guitarist Andre Prando, bassist Gerson Albuquerque, and drummer Lauro Kirsch. Their self-titled debut album came out in 2005 and included the single 'Certos Dias,' which got regular radio play in Brazil.
They toured internationally in 2007 and released a second album called 'My Revolution' in 2009. In 2010, drummer Lauro Kirsch left the band and was replaced by Rodrigo Tavares. The group put out two more albums, 'Roda Viva' in 2012 and 'Vivendo no Limite' in 2015.
Some of their other songs include 'Insensiveis Palavras,' 'Mudanças,' 'Pequenas Coisas,' and 'Sorriso de Uma Lágrima.'
