This stone read to passers-by

I laid and wondered

What could be done

So, I crumbled it to dust

Peace flows through the veins

For the first time

Sweet relief for I am beautifully ‘I’

Wonderfully made to rise

Shall I awake, where torn I became

The depths I was made

Where I found my name

The echos of valleys

Only destruct

Telling me that all is damned

No matter what I’ve found

That absolute power only corrupts

Then how did I make it here with love?

Bright, becomes the memories

Where I used to crawl

I’ve wandered and bled the path

To where I’ve been

For I have lost and yet I am

Shall I awake, where torn I became

Where I found my name

Into the darkest corners

I carry my oath

To shatter to pieces a great unknown

Shall I awake where I found my name

I believe the endless night brought upon

The storms that surround me

I chose to hold under fallen skies

Shed my skin so I could live

And I can say it’s

Through this torment

I found where darkness goes to die

Here I learned to feel the earth

And take in the air that allowed me

To breath in the true breath of life
