Clint Eastwood was a British band that formed in London in the late 1960s. The lineup included Paul Carrack on vocals and keyboards, Dave Carroll on guitar, John Moorshead on bass, and Paul Harris on drums. They played a mix of blues rock and soul.
Their biggest hit was "Stop That Train," which reached the top of the UK charts in 1970. The song had a driving rhythm and Carrack's soaring vocals. They also recorded tracks like "Honkytonk Man" and "Rowdy."
The band released three albums between 1970 and 1973, including their self-titled debut and "Don't Put Me on a Plane." They disbanded in 1975 but reunited briefly for some live shows in 1998.
