Condor Real

Condor Real formed in 1999 in São Paulo, Brazil, around brothers Sérgio and Eduardo Dias. They started with a mix of rock and folk sounds, eventually moving toward something more introspective. Their song 'Nada É Por Acaso' came out in 2003 and became their most recognized track.

That song's message connected with listeners, though the band's work sometimes stirred discussion. Another track, 'Jesus Cristo,' drew criticism from some religious groups for its lyrical approach. The group's albums include 'Estrela Guia' from 2003, 'Aurora' from 2005, and 'O Céu na Terra' from 2009.

Alongside the Dias brothers, the lineup has included Fernando Amaro on drums, João Fernando on keyboards and vocals, and Fábio Almeida on guitars and vocals. Their music tends to lean on poetic lyrics and a quieter, more reflective sound than their earlier material.
