That was possibly the best day of my life

When i stood still and realized:

Thinking i could hear, but never listened to my heart

I thought i’m alone and about to fall

Filled with scorn towards the crowd yet deaf like a sheep

Now i thank gods that you had the patience to teach me

That sometimes the most precious jewels are not the most glaring ones
